The Blackboard is a seasonal menu changing daily as and when our local suppliers bring us their latest treasures from the surrounding area, when the seasons demand that they should be feasted upon. We naturally source food from local artisan producers whom adhere to the highest ethical standards. The baton handed to us, we then endeavour to create modern clean fresh British dishes. The Blackboard is available seven days a week.
We have a children’s menu with smaller portions of most dishes (although not all, sorry!) on the menu for our junior (under 12’s) diners, we are happy to remove child offensive vegetables upon request.
We have chosen an easy-to-read concise list of around 30 wines, and being a public house we take beer seriously so we put artisan beers sourced from around the world alongside the wine on our drinks list.
